The FUB automation builder can also populate data to custom fields from any of the triggers listed above.

Currently, FUB smart lists have some limitations. Building a smart list based on last activity isn’t ideal as a call from a lender will drop the contact off the assigned agent’s smart list.

Instead, use the automation builder to populate a date to an Assigned Agent Last Call Date custom field, and use that field for your assigned agent’s smart lists.

Run a FUB action plan (or Zap workflow) when a new lead comes in to reassign the lead after a certain timeframe if the #Assigned Agent Activity tag hasn’t been applied yet.
