With this upgrade, agent referrals are no longer a manual headache. From lead updates to email generation and data tracking, everything now runs through one fast, standardized form. It’s another step toward making real estate operations seamless through InterFace’s automation tools.

So we have, agent referral form home that’s under contract and home that’s closed.
We haven’t done those yet, but the agent referral form. Whenever we refer a new agent, we open up the form, we choose who’s using the form. If it’s me or Nora, who the agent is. Whose account, then you select the, referral partners that we have, the date, the location, the referral location, the referral region, which is like the bins.
So we might want to refine this. Once it’s submitted, it will run the script and it will automatically assign all the fields. It’ll automatically update stage to refer it out. And it will track it on a spreadsheet automatically inside the interface, console. So we will do away with the, spreadsheet that we’ve already built.
Great. And then it will, we also modified email template, which I’m gonna check right now. So when we send an email, we have one master agent referral template and. Automatically, I, I haven’t run this, the first script here, so this of course wouldn’t populate, but what we can do is find somebody who we’ve already referred, well we haven’t referred somebody using the script, so we can’t use that yet.
But normally what you, when you use the template, lemme go to the admin email templates.
Master referral template, it’s automatically populated. Let me zoom in so that all the contact information, the agent’s name is all here you already updated the custom, A-S-A-O-S-A first name. That’s great. So automatically populates using one template for all agent referrals because it populates.
From the contact card, the agent referred to is called the, the agent referred to as the referral agent, first name, last name, the referral agent, email address, and phone number is automatically populated on this card, and then it adds it as a custom field, and then we, it adds it to the template.
The only thing we have to do is we have to assign, the agents that we want to be able to. Refer we just have to add the tag, referral agent. Once we add that tag referral agent, then it, now it allows it to pull that data in for referral.
So right now we’re using it to automate the eight step process that we initially had where somebody had to, manually update, refer to the date, update the stage, go to the spreadsheet, update the spreadsheets, open up the email, send an email like all that’s now automated, where they just used, felt the form in three seconds.
Everything on the left hand column is populated. The stage has been updated, the spreadsheet has been. Populated through this. It’s gonna be tracked through here, and then we can set filters where we wanna see, oh, everybody that was referred to James Quash, right? We’ll see all James Quas things, everybody that was referred to so and so we can see all that.
