Your Follow Up Boss Data, Finally Working for You
What gets measured gets managed, but most Follow Up Boss teams can’t measure what matters. Marketing events get buried on old leads, reassignments disappear, and deal data is only as good as what agents remember to enter.
In this full beta launch webinar, Daniel walks through the entire InterFace platform and how its three pieces work together: automation, forms, and analytics. InterFace Analytics is designed specifically for Follow Up Boss teams who want to measure performance at a level no other platform offers. What’s covered:
📋 Smarter smart lists: How InterFace triggers (calls, texts, emails, notes, tasks, deals and more) make FUB smart lists dynamic, so a voicemail doesn’t push a lead off your list for a full week
🔔 Automated agent accountability: Nudge agents with @mention notes when follow-up slips, then automatically move neglected leads to a pond
📝 Forms that guarantee accurate data: Drag-and-drop forms embedded in the FUB lead record, with required fields, conditional logic, deal creation, and the brand-new AI PDF extractor that pre-fills forms straight from the contract
📱 Automated appointment outcomes: Text agents a form after each appointment, with automatic reminders if they don’t respond
🗂️ Data tables: Opportunities, marketing events, at-bats (lead reassignments), speed to lead, calls, texts, notes and more, all filterable, groupable, and pivotable with saved views
📊 Template reports: Team dashboard, agent scorecards, digital whiteboard, leaderboards and challenges, and conversion ratios that flag missing data so you can fix it in a click
🤖 What’s next: AI-powered goal setting for 2027 (targeted for November), natural-language AI dashboards, commissions tracking, presentation mode for office monitors, and future integrations with Dotloop and more

Daniel Poston:
we’ve been working on this for quite some time. So this is our analytics beta launch webinar. A lot of you are using our automation or our forms. Those really are the building blocks for what we’re releasing today.
That’s how we’re getting the data into our system And so this is the final piece of the puzzle. Analytics beta launch. So what you’ll learn on this call, how interface automation can automate lead management and agent accountability in Follow Up Boss and sync all of your FUB data to an analytics database.
How interface forms can automate everything that needs to happen within Follow Up Boss, in your transaction management process, but also ensure data collection, with accurate reporting. And then how interface analytics can measure team performance at a level above and beyond anything else that’s available.
Before we start, our analytics platform is currently in beta. It’s set up to feed all of your FUB data into our analytics database. We need help from beta testers to determine which reports we should generate, which will be the most beneficial for real estate teams. So we have it set up to sync all the data in there, but, how we slice and dice that data in a way that’s beneficial for teams, that’s what we need a lot of help on because there’s only so much we can do with dummy data,
if you become a beta tester, you’ll have a lot of influence over, exactly what reports we build over the next few months. We do have a limited beta tester seats available, so we’re only bringing on 10 to start, and we already have seven of those spots full. So, right now we’re only bringing on another three.
Once we get those three up and running, then we might bring on more depending on, how much feedback we get. But right now we’re just bringing on three additional spots. So how this is gonna work, we’re gonna run for 30 to 45 minutes, depending on how many questions we get. Type your questions in as you think of them, and if it’s relevant at the moment, I’ll answer it, right then.
Otherwise, we’ll answer at the end of the call or end of the webinar. Get your notepads out, start writing things down. And this is being recorded. We will be sending out the, recording probably on Monday. So, you know, who– a lot of you are new on this call. We do have a handful of existing clients, but, you know, who am I?
Why should you listen to what I have to say? So I started my career as a real estate agent in 2007. Best time ever to get into real estate, if, if any of you were in real estate at the time. So when the market collapsed, I actually switched and started playing online poker professionally.
I used to run, 24 tables at a time, playing about 600 hands an hour. The skill set of online poker is very similar to data science and analytics. So after my poker career, I learned- How to code in Python and SQL and AWS. And, the goal was to become a, a data scientist. I ended up getting hired as the database manager in 2017 for, at the time, the top-selling real estate team in San Diego.
I was quickly promoted to chief data officer, and we started building a lot of the tools that we’re gonna be going over today. And back in 2019, I started Interface as an automation and integration solution for Follow Up Boss. And now we’re finally getting to where we originally wanted to go, which is an analytics platform.
So we’re automation-as-a-service platform that enhances the capabilities of the best web apps in the real estate industry, such as Follow Up Boss and Open To Close and handful of others. Our focus is keeping agents in Follow Up Boss and building customizations that force them to do what they’re supposed to and prevents them from messing everything up.
So if you’re running a pretty big team, you definitely know what I’m talking about, where, agents can figure out, amazingly sometimes, how to break stuff. So we partnered with Kyle Whissel of the Whissel Beer Group, the number one eXp team in the world. Well at the time they were doing about 300 transactions, and we helped them become the number one eXp team in the world, to develop this analytics platform.
Data pyramid of profit. So success is a peace of mind attained only through self-satisfaction, knowing you’re made, you made the effort to do the best you are capable of. So how do we do the best we’re capable of? So first, we need an agenda. So each day your agents need to know which leads to follow up with Follow Up Boss does a pretty good job of this, but it doesn’t do as well of a job as it possibly can do.
So if you’re not using smart lists in Follow Up Boss, you definitely should. But if you are, you’ll probably notice that they’re not working ideally the way you’d want them to work. So in Follow Up Boss, typically, if you’re using smart lists, you have, the last communication set up where, if the last call was a week ago, the lead shows up, and then you call them, and it drops off for another week.
The challenge is, if you’re running ISAs or you have lenders calling out of those lists, the leads, the… If one person calls, it drops a lead off the other’s list. And the bigger problem is, if you call a lead on your weekly list and speak to them, it works perfect. It drops them off for a week.
But if you call and get voicemail, which is what happens the majority of the time when you’re making these calls, it really doesn’t make sense to wait a full week to follow up with that lead. Because if you get three or four voicemails in a row, now it’s been a month since you’ve spoken to the lead and when you finally get ahold of them, that’s when you get the dreaded, you know, “We signed with somebody else.”
And so one of the things we could do with the automation platform is we make those smart lists work better. And so the way we’re able to do that is we have a lot of triggers that don’t exist in Follow Up Boss. So we could trigger automation if a call happens, if a text happens, email, if a note is added, an appointment, deals, if a deal is created or updated, if a marketing event comes through, if a person is created or if a specific field on the lead record is updated, if a task is created or if a task is updated.
So if a task is completed, you could trigger automation, and then we also have a cron timer trigger where you can run automation on a schedule. And so what we could build with this is virtually unlimited, but, there are a few use cases the teams are really excited about. So one of them is around that issue with smart lists.
So, you know, going back to that weekly list, if you call and speak to a lead, you want it to drop off for a week. But if you call and get voicemail, it just doesn’t make sense to wait a full week to follow up with that lead. And so what we could do with the automation platform, with our call or text or email triggers, is we can make those lists dynamic.
So now if you call and get voicemail, we could drop that lead off a weekly list for a couple of days. And so now if you get three or four voicemails in a row, you’re still speaking to the lead in six to eight days rather than three to four weeks, and so it prevents that lead from slipping through the cracks.
So we would drop them off for three days on a weekly list instead of the full week.
But if you get an inbound text, inbound email, or even a missed call, you have to reply to those things, and so we can make them show back up on the list immediately. And so it makes smart lists work way better than they do normally in Follow Up Boss. So that’s one of the use cases that teams really love with the automation platform.
The other is, it doesn’t matter how great the smart lists are working, if your agents aren’t doing the follow-up, it really doesn’t matter. And so we can automate agent accountability. And so going back to the weekly list, now if it’s day 10 and the agent still hasn’t followed up, we can nudge them with an at mention note saying, “Hey, you’re supposed to follow up with this lead.
Please do the follow-up.” And then if they still haven’t followed up on day 12 or 15 or whatever you want to set it at, we could pull the lead automatically and move it into a pond for other agents to have access to, so you don’t have the leads just sitting there gathering dust with an agent who’s not doing the follow-up.
So th- those are the two most popular use cases, but now what we’re using this for is to feed data directly into our analytics database. So any of these triggers can feed your data in real time into an analytics database, so you could build out whatever reports you want from that data. And so it acts as an extract, transform, and load system of all of your Follow Up Boss data in real time, so then you could slice and dice it however you want So now what’s next?
We have accumulate. So at each stage of a real estate transaction, your admin team needs to collect data from the agent. So agents have data in their head, they have da- data in the contract, and the way it typically happens is a back-and-forth email nightmare between the agent and the TC to get that data.
If you try and get the agent to put it into Follow Up Boss, you know, you have all these different fields, but there’s no way of showing the agent, you know, here are the fields that are relevant when you sign a listing, here are the fields that are relevant when you sign a pending. There’s no way of requiring certain fields be populated.
And so if you’re trying to run reports on this data, so if you’re using another analytics platform that integrates with Follow Up Boss, they’re pulling the data directly from the deal. If you’re pulling the data directly from the deal, but you’re not requiring the dates get entered, there’s no way of that reporting to be accurate.
And so we need a way of collecting the data from within Follow Up Boss in a way that ensures the data points that we need for accurate reporting, and so what we’re using for this and what we’ve developed is a form system. So I will show that in a second on the demo, but essentially you can, collect data in our forms from within the Follow Up Boss lead record, and we can require the fields that are necessary to make the data accurate.
And so the next piece is, you know, building a profitable team requires your agents to efficiently move clients through each stage of the sales process and measure their performance. And so you need to be able to, you know, what, what gets measured gets managed. And so that’s the main thing we’re gonna be showing here today.
So now who’s excited to see a demo of how all this works? Type yes into the chat and we’ll, we’ll open up Interface and, and, and dive into it. All right, so let me just escape here and move this out of the way. All right, so this is Interface. So the, there’s three pieces of the platform. There’s automation, form builder, and analytics.
So we briefly went over the automation already. Like I mentioned before, the main benefit is we have all these different triggers, and you can build whatever you want out of this info, you know, similar to the automation system in Follow Up Boss, but we have a lot of triggers that don’t exist. And so you build out different workflows to do what you want Now the form builder, this is how we feed transactions into our analytics platform, and it also helps you automate the entire transaction process in Follow Up Boss.
So I’m gonna pull up a listing form. So this is what a lot of teams use to… when they get a new listing, their agent will fill this out. It’s a drag and drop interface, so you can add whatever fields you want by dragging it over. We have fields that are pre-mapped to the different locations in Follow Up Boss, so if you use a person field, the data’s gonna get mapped to that field on the lead record.
If you use a deal field, it’s gonna get mapped to the deal. If you use a, an appointment field, we can create appointments. And then vendor fields, you can store vendor data like, lenders that you use on a regular basis or title companies. You can store their data in our system, and so now you’re selecting from a dropdown on the form, and when the form gets submitted, we could take that data that’s stored in our system and map it where it needs to go in Follow Up Boss or send it to outside platforms or send it in email to who- whoever needs to receive it. And then the new thing that we’ve added, and so this you’re typically gonna collect, you know, the address, the property type, your price, your commission percent, the, the splits, the- if there’s a referral, your dates, any marketing info. It could be as in-depth or as simple as you want. And what’s awesome, and we actually just launched this this week as well, is now we have an AI PDF extractor.
And so what this is gonna allow you to do is instead of your agents having to fill out all this data that already exists in the contract, you’ll be able to load the contract to the form, and we’ll read through the contract and then pull out all the relevant data that’s in the contract and pre-populate the form.
And so now the agents just have to add the additional info, like if there’s a gate code or, you know, stuff that isn’t in the contract, but it drastically reduces the amount of data entry that they have to do. And where this appears in Follow Up Boss is, if I go into Follow Up Boss, we have a lead record.
We have this embedded app over here. And so if an agent were to get a new listing, they would go here, they’d go to the seller pipeline, they’d go to the listing form, and they would just fill out the data right here. And since we r- can require certain fields, now we can make sure the data’s accurate. And we also are connected to Google Lookup, so it’s going to pull in different, different addresses that I could choose from.
So I’m gonna select that one, and we’re gonna put our price and our commission percent, our dates
We have conditional logic. So I say, i-is there a secondary client? Yes. We’re gonna get secondary contact fields, which can create a relationship. If I say no, then those fields are gonna disappear. We can load documents and then submit. And so now we’ll get a note with everything that was entered on the form, and a deal will get created here in a second
We can map any of the data to the custom fields over here, or to the deal fields. And now we can move this tile here once the deal gets created, will be associated with the deal, so it’ll move the deal through the process, from one stage to the next.
The data is also going to get sent into our analytics platform. And so now I’m gonna go back to interface And
So this is the opportunity table. When the form is submitted, it populates to this table. This is all of your different transactions you’ve created in Follow Up Boss, and this kind of acts like a spreadsheet where we can slice and dice the data however we want. So all the different columns are the forms that we submitted, all the data on the different forms, so you can build different views.
So if you wanna see data that’s only related to listings, you can build out that view and then come up here and save it, and then refer back to it later. You can filter, so if you only wanna see the transactions that were created, in September, you can filter by created date is September. And then y- you know, you could do some pretty advanced stuff.
So if I wanna see how many transactions each agent has, I can drag this up here and do, group by. So now this shows me all the different transactions related to each agent. And then we also can do a pivot mode. So if I come and turn the pivot mode on, now I can get a total volume by agent or I can get an average volume by agent.
And w- what we’re gonna be adding is you can also do calculated columns in here. And so if I wanna do a, you know, total commission, and then what’s my agent commission, and what are my, you know, any referral fees for, you know, lead source, if you have leads that are being referred over through, different online platforms.
And then I could subtract my referrals and agent commission from total commission and get a, t- net profit by agent or by lead source or whatever you’ve grouped by.
And then we also can sync data directly from here. So if it’s this color, it’s read-only. This means it’s editable, and if it’s in blue, it can be mapped to Follow Up Boss. So the price is mapped to the deal. If I come in here and make an update to the price, it’s gonna update here, and then it’s also gonna sync back to the, the field that it’s mapped within Follow Up Boss.
And so this is the opportunity list. We also have leads. you can pull your tasks in from Follow Up Boss, and then we have all these different data tables that are pulling data in from Follow Up Boss. So events, this is probably our most- Popular feature. Let’s see. It looks like I have a question.
“Can you text or email a form to an agent to be completed based on certain…” Uh, yes. So the forms, right now the main, trigger mechanism for sending a form to get filled out by the agent is when an appointment is set. So if you’re using our appointment form or if you’re just creating an appointment in Follow Up Boss, we can schedule a text to go to the assigned agent after the appointment to collect the outcome.
And so, you know, the bane of every ISA’s existence is chasing after agents to collect the outcome of the, the appointment, and now we can automatically send texts to the agents so they don’t even need to come back into Follow Up Boss. They just fill out the form, and we can even send a reminder. So if they haven’t filled it out, in, you know, it’s been 24 hours and they still haven’t filled it out, we can send a follow-up text saying, you know, “Hey, what happened on this appointment yesterday with so-and-so?”
So the events table, this is the report that has been most requested. In Follow Up Boss, if you get a lead that comes in from Zillow, and then two months later that same lead fills out a form on, Facebook, now that lead is gonna get appended to the existing Zillow lead, and there’s no way of running a report in Follow Up Boss that says, what are all the different Facebook ad entries happened in September?
“Will the recording…” Yes. Recording will be shared, on, probably Monday. So you can’t run reports showing all the different marketing events that came through from a specific source in a specific timeframe because that data just gets lost in Follow Up Boss. And so what we’re doing here is every time a marketing event happens in Follow Up Boss, we log it as an event.
So if I wanna see the leads that came in in September, I could filter by the inquiry timestamp. The lead source is the original lead source, but the event source is the specific event that, that was logged. And so now if I wanna see how many events came in from Facebook in September, I can filter by September, I could filter by Facebook, and I can see the exact leads that Facebook generated in September.
And you can do it for any lead source, and then you could save the view and refer back to it. So, you know, every month if you wanna go in and see how many different leads came in. And you can do the same thing with, group by. So I can filter by September, and then I could group by event source, and now I can just easily see here the different- All the different events that came in from my different sources, and I could set this up for each month and easily see this data.
That’s the event, marketing event table. Then appointments, emails, calls, texts, all of your notes you could send in. So if you’re searching by data in a specific note and it’s not pulling up in Follow Up Boss, you could use this to search your notes. At bats is every time a lead gets reassigned in Follow Up Boss, so that data just gets lost in Follow Up Boss.
If a lead gets assigned to one agent and then it gets reassigned to a different agent, the fact that the original agent had that lead just gets completely lost in Follow Up Boss. So if you wanna see all the different, opportunities each agent had in a month, you can come in here. The sequence number is what, sequence the lead got reassigned.
So if you wanna see how many original opportunities each agent got, you could filter this by one. And then if you wanna see all the different times an agent got, access to a lead, you could group by the agent. So a lot of different opportunities here. And eventually what we’ll be doing is lead source to close conversion ratios.
Right now we have appointment set through closed, but we eventually will get to lead source to close so you could see, you know, based on how many opportunities an agent got with a lead, did it end up closing. And then speed to lead shows you how quickly your agents are following up on their leads.
So this has how quickly they’re getting to first activity, either the origi- the agent that’s assigned to the lead or any, person. So if you have collaborators that are on a lead and they’re the ones that are responsible for doing the first activity, you can, s- filter this in a way that shows first activity In general, or you could do first activity by assigned agent.
And then we could do the same thing that we were doing in the opportunity table. I can come in here and I can group by my assigned agent, and then I can come here and I could turn on pivot mode, and now I can come down and see what is my average speed to first activity in minutes, and my average speed to first call in minutes.
And if I want, I could filter by the month or the quarter, and now I can see exactly, you know, how quick- And then I can sort and see exactly how quickly agents are following up with their leads. Can you go over saved views? Is the limit to how many… right now we have no limit on saving views. I’d have to talk to the dev team to see if there’s a theoretical limit, but, Once you come in here, we’re gonna be creating templates, and that’s kind of what we need some help with the beta testers on or what are the different templates we should be creating.
But once a view is saved, you’ll access it from here,
so those are the different data tables that we have currently. And then we’ve also started creating template reports from that data. So the overview is the team dashboard. So this is the data from appointments set through closed. We have it by month. We have closed transactions here are in gray.
The red is pending transactions, and then the lines are previous years. And we’re gonna have a goal-setting system set up. That’s the next thing we’re working on. And so it’ll show you your previous year’s closed transaction and then a line for your goal, and you can see how you’re doing versus your goal.
Then we have appointments set through closed year over year, so each line is a year, and then you can see the bars are the current year. And then you can see appointments set through closed month over month.
Now, what’s awesome about all of these different reports is you can go in and, unlike the other analytics platforms out there, you can go in and verify the data. So if I want to see, you know, March 26, we had 19 appointments met, you know, what are these actual 19 appointments? And I can come in here and check the appointments to see if it’s real data.
And now if there’s a test lead in here, I can go in and delete that out, uh, and make sure my reporting is accurate. And so all the different reports you can click through and see the underlying data Then we have this broken down by agent. So each different agent has their own scorecard, which is the same report we just looked at, but by agent Then we have digital whiteboard.
So now you can see all of your transactions in one place. So we have signed, active listings, pending, and closed. If you wanna see a little more data, you can come in here and do each stage individually. So now we have the address and the client and the agent, for active, pending, or closed
And then what we’re working on, which will be ready soon, is a presentation mode where any of these reports, you can add them to a carousel and then display them up on an office dash– office, monitor, and then it’ll rotate through the different reports that you’ve added to the carousel, and you can see all these different reports on, on, monitor in your office.
Then we have leaderboards and challenges. So right now this is just closed data, but what we’re gonna be adding is all the different activity types and also a scoring system. So if you wanna do one point for calls, five points for appointments set, 10 points for appointment met, 25 for points for agreement signed, and then it’ll all add up into one master d- one master leaderboard, that you can display.
And then the report that teams are most interested in right now is the conversion ratio. So these are- Appointment set through closed. You can go in here and, you know, if you’re not tracking appointment set and met, you can just have what you’re focused on, so assigned through closed.
And then we’re helping you figure out where your data’s missing. So these are time series conversion ratios. So whatever I have set up here as the filter, it’s gonna give me the appointments that were set in that timeframe, and then it’ll show me how, what did these 50 appointments turn into?
And if any data’s missing, it’s gonna highlight it. So if we have six signed buyers and we have four closed, well, you can’t have… a- and two buyer pending, we can’t have four closed from two pending, so it means we have some missing data. So you can see this plus two. Now I can go in here and click on the two, and it’s gonna pull up the two transactions, and now I can go over and it’s showing me that I have some data missing, and I can come in here and make the updates and get the accurate data in.
So now my missing data is accurate. And then we also show each agent and their numbers underneath the team average. So now you can see how each agent is performing versus the team all in one screen. And it’s color-coded, based on the, the team numbers. And then this time delta is how much time is it taking to get from appointment set to met, how much time is it taking to get, in days, from met to signed, from signed to pending, and pending to closed.
We are gonna be adding it. So you’ll have, you know, how many transactions they had and then what is their, what the conversion ratio is, and what is their time delta. So now if my average from met to signed is seven days, but I got an agent who’s, you know, it’s on average taking them 21 days, you know, now I know, all right, there’s an issue here.
How do we coach them up and, and get this figured out?
All right. Last thing is activities. This is a work in progress, so it’s kind of like one of these, I’m not gonna quite show it yet. But essentially it’s the overview, but for calls, text, emails. That’s gonna be ready very soon. Then the next after that is business goals. So business goals is going to be, we’re gonna be using Claude to help teams.
Actually, let me, we actually have a little bit that I can show you. So now I’m gonna pull this up and
So the last piece of the data pyramid of profit is AI. It’s really a powerful, solution for a lot of challenges we all face in our businesses. And so there’s a few different ways that we’re gonna be using AI. So one of them is what I mentioned earlier that actually got launched, this, this week, is our data, our doc extractor.
So you can have a field where you load your documents, and AI will go through and pull out the data and map it to where it needs to go in the form. What we’re working on next is our AI-driven goals. And so this will go through, and you can set a goal. I wanna do 400 transactions in 2027, and it’s gonna go through and look at your past data from Follow Up Boss that we’re gonna pull into our [00:30:00] system and help you figure out, okay, how many calls do I need to make to set how many appointments and met, you know, how many appointments do I need to meet to get the number of listings signed, to get the number of pendings, to get the number of close that I want?
And then once it spits out all that data, you’ll be able to chat with Claude to figure out, you know, if it’s saying I need to do 2,000 appointments or whatever the number is, and that seems high, you know, what do I need to do to… What– How do I need to improve my conversion ratios to get that number down into a more realistic number based on the agents that I have?
Or maybe I need to recruit more agents. And so it’ll– AI will help you figure out, “I wanna hit 400 transactions. What are the different levers that I need to use to get to that number based on the resources that I have available?” So our goal is to have this, So the question we have is, it integrates into our existing Claude.
So our first iteration is probably gonna use our Claude, but then we are going to have like an MCP server where we could take the different skills that we develop to be able to, to do this and allow you to pull that into your Claude and connect your Claude. So our goal is to allow you to be able to use your Claude with different, different skills that we’re developing, so you could use your Claude with your data, but the different skills that we’ve developed to be able to produce this.
The first iteration is probably gonna use our Claude account, but then we are definitely setting it up to where you can collect your– you can connect your Claude. And then that actually is gonna get to the next piece, that we’re really excited about is, the AI dashboard.
And so we’re gonna be adding a dashboarding functionality where you could use natural language to prompt AI to build out the dashboard. So we have all this data from Follow Up Boss. We need a way of di-displaying it in a way that’s easy to consume, that gives you the info that you want. But, you know, you guys are, are real estate team leaders, you’re not data scientists.
And so this will allow you to use natural language to say, “Hey, this is the data that I wanna see,” and then the AI will convert that into a dashboard that’ll be in our system that you can view or sent out via email on a regular basis or sent into your Slack channel.
And so it’ll make it really easy to build out whatever reporting dashboard you want, at first with Follow Up Boss data. But as we connect to other systems, we’re connected to SkySlope, we’re gonna be connected to, Dotloop. We’re gonna start connecting to different transaction management platforms, and eventually you’ll be able to have access to all the data in all those different platforms and pull it all into a dashboard and create the dashboard with natural language.
Uh, does the interface have dark mode? Not yet, but we are working on dark mode. So, it is in development, so that will be available.
But any other questions while I’m here?
Mihir :
There’s one more question when will analytics dashboard be available?
Daniel Poston:
So that is planned for after goals. Our goal for the AI goal setting is November. That’s our focus because we want teams to be able to use it to set their 2027 goals. The next thing that we’re gonna be doing after that is commissions and the dashboard.
And so I’m not sure which one we’ll do first. We’ll probably get feedback from our beta testers on what would be most valuable for them. So commissions will be, you know, setting up your commission payouts for your agents and lead sources, if there’s a referral fee, and, you know, everybody in the transaction that gets a piece of the pie, you’ll be able to, to create that in our system.
And then the other high-priority thing we have after goals is the dashboard. So, if the dashboard comes first, then it might be available by the end of the year. So I would say Q1 at the latest Yeah. So if you’re trying to send data out to other platforms. We handle all the automation that happens in Follow Up Boss, but we also have like a SkySlope integration.
So if you wanna send the data into SkySlope also, get that set up. If you, if you use like a Monday board or, Asana or something like that, or you want us to develop something where we’re sending data out via Zapier, there might be a associated cost with that.
And then it… We can build whatever reports you want, and so the reports that we build are typically if a lot of different teams are using the reports. But let’s say you have a report that’s really important to you that nobody else is asking for, then, you know, i- if it takes, our developers to build that report, then there may be a charge for that.
Appreciate you taking the time out from your busy, crazy real estate, day to, to hop on this call. We’re really excited about this.
I think it’s really unique. It’s definitely different than any other reporting or analytics platform that’s out there. It’s built specifically for Follow Up Boss. So if you’re using Follow Up Boss, you know, and you wanna measure the performance of your team at a really high level, you know, this is the way of doing it. Again, appreciate everyone’s time. Thanks, everyone
